Neutrogena outta their mind $24 for 1oz!!! Encouraging people to use a little bit bc its expensive for a tiny amount.
I finally saw a derm about the neck redness. I'd had it for years and sometimes it would be somewhat red, other times super red, but nothing made it go away completely. Anyway, she said it's Poikiloderma and laser is the only thing that will get rid of it. Since that isn't in my budget, I just use calming things and a tinted sunscreen to keep it from being screaming red. Started noticing it in my early 40's and it's considerably worsened in my 50's 😕

I love that new Cetaphil foaming cream cleanser. It’s my new replacement for Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing cleanser. It’s a very similar formula but Cetaphil is more affordable and in stores. I noticed you barely worked the cleanser into your skin and rinsed too fast. I double cleanse with just this one product. First cleanse gets most stuff off and second round the formula foams a lot more.
Definitely going to focus on spending a bit more time cleansing- another person mentioned that as well. Didn't even think about it until now.

Lol @ Lincoln crying at Turkeys. It reminded me this past summer I went to pick subs up at a restaurant, when I was inside all the employees were talking about a turkey out back, they thought it was stuck on the wrong side of a fence. It was raining and they were worried about it. Turkeys aren't bright birds lol. So I went around back where it was running along a fence back and forth next to a cemetery, it had been there for a bit. The people saw me walking towards it and offered me a towel to pick it up 😂 I said no thanks, walked over and waved my hands at it to shoo it and it awkwardly jumped and flew over the fence and was able to walk away into some woods. They're not graceful birds, their flying is more like explosively falling upwards. I love seeing turkeys though, always entertaining.

I've been wanting to try the Cocokind but I think I'll wait until Summer. Glad I found out now it has a matt finish! I need my glow in Winter lol
I use and like the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser that can be used with or without water. There are times when I can’t stand at the sink. When that happens, I use the Cetaphil. It works as well as the LRP Toleriane Dermo-cleanser for a fraction of the price. And you get more than 3x the product.
I was advised to wait 15 minutes or so between moisturizer and sunscreen then another 15 minutes between sunscreen and makeup. Obviously, you don’t do that and it works for you. Plus, you don’t put on the two finger-lengths (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 tsp) of sunscreen that is generally recommended. Do you get full coverage with the amount you apply?
Does the LRP toleriane Dermo Cleanser leave a moisturizer film in your face? Thx
Would you say the Peach Slices Color Correcting moisturizer is safe for oily, acne-prone skin? Looks fantastic as it made a difference on the redness of your skin!

I am surprised about the oat toner kinda makes me think twice about getting it is ur just ahh about it Kelly Driscoll put it in her yearly favs she got it in Dec after a few weeks she decided it was one of her favs of all year. Kind of sad I love new toners ..lol 😂
Hi Sarah I was wondering how the oat toner compares to the old version of the FAB oat toner? I normally like oat as an ingredient for my highly reactive skin and whilst Purito are not a favourite brand, they're not a no go for me either (well apart from their spf's which I won't use again).
I recently tried the Pyunkang Yul calming toner and far prefer their original essence/toner in the blue bottle - it's much more hydrating, although in fairness the calming one doesn't irritate my super reactive skin (it just doesn't seem to do very much tbh).
Peach slices isn't available in the UK and is extortionate to ship here, so that's a no go. However I have tried the Dr Jart version and it isn't suitable for very pale skin and goes a weird beige colour on me that's very noticeable. I would assume this one is the same.
I am using the Kate Somerville Delikate products I found in a very well priced kit and yippee all three work on my skin. I like the cleanser and the cream, but the star is the serum as it just feels really good and makes my skin really soft. Still not worth the full price, but maybe a repurchase if I find it on offer lol. The cream is nice and works as a daytime moisturiser for me, but isn't enough for overnight during these Winter months. A toner I'm really enjoying is a repurchase of one I first used a few years ago - the T'iam vita b5 toner. It's really hydrating and feels "quenching" on my skin and it's really well priced for the INCI list. Best wishes.
Do you think the Cocokind is worth the money ? I got the Peach Slices Redness Relief Serum but now I'm second guessing my decision lol I have the same problem with redness on my neck. I've tried so many products 😩

The new Neutrogena sunscreens sound nice, but they're so expensive for such a small amount. The SPF is also low given the insane amount of zinc oxide.
I tend to agree with you- that little bottle, with liberal application, definitely won't last more than a month for the average person.
Would you say the Peach Slices color correcting moisturizer is thinner/easier to blend than the Dr. Jart Cicapair? With the Cicapair, I found myself dreading applying it because it was just so thick, almost like a BB cream. It was kinda messy and sometimes clung to dry spots too.
Have you tried Neutrogena sunscreen on it’s own? Does it stay shiny or does it dry down to a natural finish? Not a fan of radiant/ shiny finishes.

These two are the first I've seen with mugwort in them, I was actually a bit surprised because I hadn't seen them use mugwort in the past. Their Snail Rescue and Acne lines should both be better for you since of the mugwort allergy.
I’ve been using the Peach Slices Redness Relief moisturizer almost like a skin tint on days I don’t want to wear foundation. It’s just enough to even out skin tone (but doesn’t provide coverage). I’ve also used it under a light coverage foundation, like a primer, & that’s really nice, too. I’m really curious about the Neutrogena sunscreen bc I’ve heard it’s similar to the Paula’s Choice but a bit more moisturizing, which would be great for me, but I’ve never tried a Neutrogena sunscreen that didn’t sting my eyes. Did you have any issue with that?
What is your absolute hands down favorite face sunscreen I’m fed up with all the Korean Hype & high prices. I want it simple!
Do you think it's possible that aggressively rubbing your face and neck with a cotton pad is contributing to your redness? My skin gets soooo red if I use a cotton pad so I just press toner into my skin very gently. Maybe try that for your redness and see if it helps!
I hadn't thought of that but you are right- I never even noticed it until now, but I think I am probably a bit too aggressive with that. Going to pay attention to that from now on. Thank you for thinking of it- I'll try to be softer!

I don’t know, but I think I’d take Issue with the Neem extract in that peach Slices redness relief. Because when I Google Neem Oil, a bunch of Insecticides pop up. Neem is used to kill bugs. I mention that for what it’s worth

Have you found that the Neutrogena sunscreen bothers your eyes at all?
I think you wash too fast. What I do is wet a wash cloth with warm water. Wring it out & put it on your face to make it damp. Pat that in good, take it off, wet hands, pump cleanser onto hands & rub together and then put on face. Maybe leave that on for about a minute, rub it more & then rinse off. The Koreans believe that skin care takes time. Washing real fast like you do, to them, would not really be washing thoroughly enough.
I think you are right, another mentioned that in my last routine video as well. Really going to focus on this in the future!
I heard the neutragena new sunscreen was horrible thick and greasy it will also make ur blush and bronzer streak and even alone it's to think greasy it even gave 1 women texture after trying it for a week .

You're not using near enough sunscreen it's not to be used like a foundation you need to at least used to finger Links full of sunscreen on your face and then another one for your Neck or it's pointless what you're doing you're getting a protection might as well not wear any!
