Is possible that pain can appear on a shoulder after 1 yr after a fall ? And should a attorney know about the new symptoms on a body part thats hasn't been documented in a claim?
It’s possible best to confirm w a doctor. But if you start treatment 1 year later the defense will argue you could have had something else happen in that time so it’s very difficult to prove. That’s called an intervening cause.
