In my opinion, Lawyers are the exact same morally as insurance companies. Don’t let them fool you. I don’t think a single case is ever about “fair value”. It’s either how much can we save (insurance) or how much can I make (lawyer). All while the injured party is stuck in the middle.

Should i use my own insurance if the approval from the insurance company is taking too long. I need another MRI before my final Doctors appointment he wanted to make sure there was no further structural damage to my knee because the x-ray was not enough. Is it possible the MRI facility can still keep putting in the request for approval even after i use my own. Thanks

So what if the second lawyer turns out to be worse than the 1st? What if the client wants a trial and the second lawyer wants them to take the settlement? And what if the client, sick of this BS system say im gonna die with this debt than you make 40% on my bodily injuries, pain and suffering? Since the lawyer signed agreements they would be paid out of a settlement that never happened?

Hi , what Dr do I see about a TBI ? I had a car accident 4 yrs ago and had a concussion with loss of consciousness. I have an attorney. I have ptsd but mentally I am struggling. Thank you for this. My 16 yr old son endured a bimalleolar fracture on his baseball field during practice. The coach was negligent because he was doilg field maintenance & watered the turf field. My son was running from 2nd to 3rd base & slipped (he had metal cleats). My son is now 4mos post surgery & had ORIF surgery (plates, screws). Hes had complicatkons after surgery & we are leaning towards removing hardware.

My Fathers Attorney keeps saying ok for a continuance, this Judge has 8 times..We ask for disclosure on June 5 2024.. we are going trial...😊

Hello, I had terrible fall and my apartment complex . I got a terrible gash over my eye. I hurt my right hip, my shoulder, my neck, my lumbar my sciatica and my back. I was in bed for four days cause my ribs were bruised really bad before I did this I was doing labs just living in a regular life and now I’m with the walker and limited to so many things now Needing a lot of help now with family. The lawyer has been working on my case for a year and 11 months it’ll be two years in March. I have never talked directly with my lawyer is always through one of the ladies at the office. I did have somebody come out to the house and he took pictures of me in the walker and where I did the damage, the blood stains, and all that And with the MRIs in, chiropractor and Pain Management they wanted to do injections but with being a diabetic they couldn’t because of the pro zone so they gave me laser instead my question is why I haven’t talked to my lawyer.
