How I Pack Everything In A Carry-On | Minimalist Travel

- Wondering how to travel only with a carry on? Can’t seem to figure out how to pack everything into a carry on and ditch the big hold bags?
Switching to “carry-on only” has made the process of travel a lot easier, less time consuming, and less worry-inducing, especially because a lot of airlines have been losing bags lately. But when I first started, it felt daunting. I wanted to pack all my “just in case” items and seemed to forget stores and supermarkets exist in other countries too 😅
Because I’ve nailed my strategy down, and could have used a step-by-step how to video like this when I first started out, I wanted to leave this here in case it helps anyone out.
This step-by-step video should help you out with picking your travel capsule wardrobe, how not to overpack, and what put in my personal item (backpack).

This was very well planned and organised! Not very minimalist in my opinion but what does it matter if it works well for you. I never pack more than 5-7 days worth of mix & match outfits, some things I wear several times or I do laundry depending on the length of the stay (many AirBnBs have a washer, and many hotels have laundry service). Don't stress over spare panties and socks, they can always be washed in the sink if there was an accident 😊

Where can I buy your nice compression cubes?
They are from a brand called Nordace. I recommend their bags, but not these packing cubes - they are super cute, but they don't fully close at the front which causes them to open sometimes.
