Very interesting timeline i definitely would love to see a part 2. Britain despite being focused in key regions never sits back when rival powers are rising in other regions of the world. in part 2 I definitely see in the Berlin conference and the scramble for Africa for example Britain still would still push for as much as possible to limit Germany and more specifically France’s own expansion. I would also argue same as in Asia, seen as you mentioned the Napoleonic wars still happened the Dutch Colonies historically were occupied for awhile after the war by Britain and I definitely believe Britain would still eventually take some land in the Far East likely splitting Australia in two and taking all of New Zealand. Please continue this timeline it’s very well made.
Its very likely that Australia would still have been colonised by England as James Cook had already claimed the entire coastline in 1770 for England. Its likely New South Wales would have been settled much earlier as a way of removing likely troublesome former rebels from the 13th colonies, depriving them of new leaders and or followers and to keep a better aye on them. They would also likely send convicts there as well and free settlers would also have come. One thinks of the fate of many former Irish rebels being transportation to Australia, its very likely transportation to Australia would have been the fate of many former American rebels.
In fact, the country that would replace the United States in this reality would be Brazil. Brazil, unlike those who declared independence from Spain, has legitimacy, as it is a direct succession of a royal house.
I believe so! I think he wanted the freedom of south america first, rather than a specific form of government. But then again, what do I know? Maybe he would never rise in this timeline.

"What if the USA lost the Revolutionary War?" It did. It became the USA.😉
Would Bolivar still do his thing in a world without the American Revolution being successful in general though?
