Great. I use printed boxes for receiver batteries in my oldschool gliders so they look almost like in that old catalogues. But isn't printed plastica bit porous? Cheers.
We're not trying to hold water inside, only prevent splash from getting in. But I suppose if your boat sank and you left it on the bottom for a while it would probably get wet inside. I don't recommend that by the way.
Got mine from Bill!! Question 2: you mentioned the bellcrank for throttle ops. Can you recommend one that you would use? And where to get them please? Thanks Scott!
There are a few different way to do it, but I haven't configured it for my mounts yet. Meanwhile here's a couple styles amzn.to/3SV5v3v zippkits.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=279
Yes these are extrusion printed. Yes I suppose if you were to submerge the box and wait long enough it would probably get wet inside, but I don't recommend that!
Hi Scott, I did not have an email to reach you so I thought I would drop my questions here, if I may: I purchased a 1/7 mHR 8200 kit from mtboatworks and wanted to know your recommendations for a matching electric motor, and accessories like shaft, propeller and any suggestions you may have please. Thank you

Why don't U use Corrosion X ?
Never needed it when using a proper box
Are they printed on a FDM printer?
If so, have you done any surface treatment to them?
Untreated FDM prints almost always leak water very slowly.
