I know these stories mainly from reprints, and I know that "Where Monsters Dwell" is also in Crypt of Shadows # 1.
Yes, Crypt of Shadows, Chamber of Chills, Vault of Evil, etc., had a ton of Atlas pre-code horror reprints in the early 70's, then again in the 90's with their Curse of the Weird series.
