Hey! I’ve watched a few of your videos. I’m trying to learn. I’m a senior citizen. I’m looking to buy a laptop. Actually I bought one last week and it’s awful. I’ve had my old desktop for many years. I’m used to it but I need a laptop. All I do is use office, Facebook, go online to pay bills on my bank’s website, Instagram, some UA-cam, things like that. I bought an HP Stream 14. I’ve had it on maybe 7 hours total and it has frozen about 20 times. It was their cheapest, which I know isn’t the wisest thing to do, but we’re on social security and don’t have a lot of money. Can you recommend which laptops would be good for an old lady considering what I’ve told you? Could I get a good laptop from Walmart here in South Carolina, US? I ask that because I can drive it to the store and get my money back if anything is wrong with it. Thank you in advance for ANY consideration. Grandma
