I have the tiny hawk 2 and it was hard to controll with the stock settings so i watched your video and did the same as you so now ill have to wait for my batteries to charge and hope it will slow the thing down abit, great video thanks

do I need to flash to connect to betaflight ? I would rather not, I just want to change my rates, I'm wondering if I can just hit connect and then change the rates and it would be fine ?
Can't you save the stoclk rates in a profile. Then change rates and stuff and save to a Modified profile?

Wow!!! Super low rates. My rates are P-1043/R-1043/Y-850 and compared to others thats low. I set all my quads to that as my base and adjust when I fly thru the HUD in my goggles. Next time you put your goggles on, before you arm, push the left stick up and right stick left then up, should open your settings for the quad in the goggles for tuning in the field. You can also USB to your computer, go into BF, plug a batt to your quad, turn on your transmitter and when you are in pid/rates, so when you move the sticks the quad will move on screen and you can see how much you increase or decrease your rates by spinning your on screen quad. Take props off first just in case. You should save your CLI to notepad in your computer before you make changes so you dont have to screen shot it. That way you just reload your CLI and your rates go back just like they were, and it completely reloads everything, not just pids and rates. You want your min cell voltage to be around 3.2 and your warning cell voltage to be about 3.5, warning should always be the same as or better to be just a little higher than min (like .3 higher). If you set the min to low you will kill your batts. I would not go lower than 3.0 but some go to 2.9 to account for sag and regain. Thanks for posting.
i have tried higher rates for myself and didn't really have good control not very smooth so watched couple videos on and the one with bardwell Setting Rates! with Alex Vanover and Joshua Bardwell he said for racing that most use very low rates all the way down in the 300 and for freestyle he uses around 450 so i thought i would lower mine see what happens? and with the tinyhawk it was amazing how much authority and confidence in my flight so i will try it on my 5" next as soon as i can get a chance will see if that works for them?
Mine is not connecting to betaflight I tried installing all the drivers and till says no Configuration pls help
your quad is probably using a different software than betaflight, try checking it out online
