That is so much better of a love story than Twilight could ever be. Thank you J.J. and everyone at IAG for your dedication to the Subaru platform. Engine number 00775 here. Love you all and I am happy to say that I am part of the IAG TEAM of owners!
I've been saving up for a iag long block for a while....well actually a complete build. I can't wait, been following this company for years. with all the research I've done, they build the best subaru motors 😍
Next to Subi-Performance, I would be thrilled to run either of their blocks. Some of the best in the industry. They certainly are amazing at what they do. One day maybe..
Very well edited video, props to the filmer/editor. Amazing quality shop you guys run, the cleanest and most well organized I've seen for Subaru for sure.
@@mrpsd590 those were the majority of comments under Subaru engines. I know that you need to maintain any engine to the level you are using it. My existing Subaru had stock long block rebuild with forget internals only, it was set at 27 psi of boost and it has been 5 years now. Oil still at 30-20 psi at idle and 60-70 psi under load. Enjoying it to it’s fullest.
Spun a bearing a couple of months ago. Had the shop install an iag stage 2 short block. Still breaking it in. Can't wait until I can get it pro tuned and using boost again!
Hey iag. Could you do a video explaining the differences between each block? Think it would be cool to see all the work you guys put into making your products
Holy shit there is a tool to hold and release two keepers? Damn didn't know that....been doing it with a magnetic pocket screwdriver and some assembly lube one retainer at a time.
I have a JDM shop , mostly I deal with Subaru and Honda , but I wish I was worker here for few years , because I have FA20 on jack I’m not able to change the connecting rod bearing
Recently ordered brand new cylinder heads from Subaru, they told me 2 month back order, then I see the pallets full of heads and blocks just chillin at iag 😂 now I know why they back ordered from Subaru
G'day iag , im in Oz and want to go down the path of putting one of your long blocks into a 2021 sti , your iag 900 with stage 5 heads with the right turbo and add ons done right how many awhp would this engine be roughly capable of , would really appreciate a answer .... thanks 👌🏼🇦🇺
This makes me wonder if a small workshop like IAG can build great motors from the scratch that is equal to or stronger that the OEM ones, then why don't they start their own engine manufacturing company to build their own motors?

I always wondered why you guys are the best. Now, i know. I really appreciate how precise you guys are ever step of the way.
Thank you for the support!

Much appreciated!
Hahaha that's pretty cool. 7197. That's my motor now!
No way! Very cool.
How is the engine? Some people saying that built EJ doesn’t last
@@igorushka With a built motor like this, it's all about the tune and how hard you drive it. Take care of the motor and it will last.
@@igorushka obviously you're listening to the wrong people..

It’s insane to see how much crank support is in one of these engines.

Can I work with your company?

@6:12 using a swivel on a torque wrench can be problematic...... that being said pretty nice product coming out of IAG
fucking beautiful guys
Love my short block; hate this music.

My friend I need your help please

Now, the question is what do one of these bad boys cost fully assembled? 😄
$7-15K+ depending on the stage of the block and heads.
Very affordable
So nice and Clean environment the engine guy at work has a brake lathe next to him no wonder his engine builds don't last long Lol...
ok. so a music video style montage of someone building a block is pretty much useless for learning how to build a block. just sayin'
Flagged for porn.. 😁😁
