dude, this is the best cover I have seen yet. I was trying to learn this song, found your video. It really helped me out! So thanks for the great cover and lesson!!!! :D
Only 3100 views? This was really good and I like how you incorporated all of the guitar into it(acoustic and electric). I was really impressed by your work and enjoyed watching it. Keep Rocking and Keep Posting!
@MyTwangyGuitar Not like the ones Page used. I believe the lightest they had in the early 70s was 010s. Page's strings were more like a mix between 7s and 8s. It is a well documented fact. Page wasn't the only artist who did that.
@amast3rMind69 they did not have extra light strings back then; i heard he moved all of the strings over one & threw away the low E; and used a banjo string for the high E. it would have been a hibrid of 8s / 7s or something like that
@rickwil61 The LP is being played through a Marshall JCM 900 100 watt 2x12 combo with a Marshall power brake. The acoustic guitars are being played through a Mesa Boogie Stiletto.
Wow, is the Guild being miked, or is that the plugged-in sound? If it is plugged in, that's pretty good sound for an onboard pickup. What were you using?
Great Job JA07. Thanks for the heartbreaker solo vid as well. That helped me big time.
Well played!

Great job. In the intro, when you go to the Bb , let the open E string (#11) ring out. Hmmm. I always thought that was to be avoided, but idk.

@azzuri229 i use a Canon HG21 camcorder which has a built in stereo mic; and pinnacle studio 12 video editing software.
Seriously outstanding job, a big thumbs-up! Great self-collab with sweet "Page" tones...rock on man!
Hey Johnny a real great rendition of this classic tune. This is going straight to my favs. Great work man 10/10..Peace...Jake
@enteei666 the 6 string is a Guild F50 that was made around 1970. the 12 string is a new Taylor. don't know the model.
@amast3rMind69 My Page guitars use 9s; big necked LPs of mine have 8s
