I just purchased my new X5 x drive 40i! This vehicle is by far the best X5 that has come off the production floor so far. the exterior changes, ride quality, and power (375 HP) in the 40i make the bigger engines seem silly. The 40i has more than enough power for a daily and to handle things on long-distance highway driving. I absolutely LOVE my new 2024 X5
I’m getting about 27mpg out of mine combined. Very happy. I have the awd version. Also love not having to carry a key with me. My phone locks and unlocks it when I’m close to it. Great car. My first BMW.
What's up with the infotainment screen/dashboard? Looks like a stuck on afterthought. I was looking forward to buying a new X5 but this is deal breaker. Guess I'm just too old fashioned as it does nothing for me.

Is that the fineline open pore wood trim?
I dont see a button to turn off the STart/stop feature. Is it automatically turned off when in sport mode like the '20-'23 X5?

Well you get badges(inside)/exhaust/rims/body. Just got to get your own M badge for the rear. lol tune it and easily hit 500HP on the 3.0.
