Hi, Just my thoughts, not by any means to be taken as a negative comment, but should you not request a higher altitude before climbing to 2500 feet, you are cleared to 1500. Regarding flight planning you can export from little navmap to simbrief if you should desire to . And what I like to do is create a flightplan in simbrief, but file a VFR plan in sayintentions, I don't think you where in VMC any more at your destination, so it is easy then to request for a IFR plan, that way you are given what is in your simbrief plan, and you can enter the arrival or approach already in you GpS ,
Thanks for watching and i appreciate comments. I think i edited out the request to 2500 because i actually mde it after the fact. Good idea to do the Simbrief and file VFR. You can choose the option for VFR in simbrief but not sure if that really makes a difference.
