Agreed!! And a big key here I believe is they're not going all Netflix "drive to survive" with it. Keeping it classy and doing an amazing job bringing more action to the fans!
Great content, some of the best non-racing content IMSA has put out. John is a bit too sales-y here and it half feels like commercial and a PR move, but also get that given his role that’s partly what he has to do
Those customer team Corvette Z06 GT3r liveries are amazing and very creative. Not to mention TF Sports FIA WEC liveries are awesome with their alternating yellow and black designs.
I'm sooo stoked about the new cars in GT, both in PRO and in 'D'. The cars are very relatable to their street versions and that gets me interested. Love the prototypes too...but GT is where the marketing side of this business makes sense. (And my daily driver is a Lexus RCF 😁) Best of luck to Mike Skeen and the Korthoff team in 2024; they have been steadily improving and are gunning for more podiums this year!👍
I would love to see the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship do a international round in New Zealand either at Hampton Downs or Highlands International Motorsport Park
@jaydenray2803 there were live events going on right when I was typing my comment, and I couldn't watch them anywhere. Nearly all the live coverage is on Peacock anyway and there's nothing you or I can do about that, so "they" need to put ALL the live $hit in one damn place.
Peacock is terrible. Pay per view basically. Commercial breaks are stupid long. NBC is probably the worst part of IMSA. SRO has everything live and free on YT.
