Idk if this will help, but sipping on Yerba mate when you are awake can help you stay awake, without being jittery, rlly late into the night. It is basically like tea, but it helps me stay up longer. In Argentina and other countries in s. America, they drink it throughout the day to keep themselves awake. Added bonus, I thought it boasted my immunity when I traveled over there. Just a suggestion, but you’re killing it!
char Yerba is basically a plant that grows in South America, that they dry it and steep in hot water and drink immediately. It is basically green tea but not the same plant, and different way of drinking it. They sell the leaves at some markets, and I live in Texas. USA has popularized it as a carbonated beverage, but I think you get more bank for your buck if you just get the leaves and do it yourself. If you do buy them, I’d recommend watching a video b/c it isn’t steeped like normal tea. They have a whole apparatus (mate and bombilla) used to drink that specifically. And they make it to taste b/c some bags include hints of flavors or you could add some sugar. But I stand by this drink 100% b/c it helps me stay up and I do believe it boosts my immunity.
@@antoniosaavedra7806 wow! i could definitely do with something to help me stay up and boosting immunity would be a plus. Where do I get the leaves from?
char you probably have to look online to see where to get it near you. They probably sell it online. But they don’t sell it at big name super markets. I haven’t gotten it in the states b/c i came back with a lot of bags that I haven’t finished yet. But I know they have them at Whole Foods or central market, b/c that’s where the foreign students got their bags when they were at my college.
Wow wow wow! You continue to amaze me Vee. Your determination to succeed and put full effort into classes is so inspirational. I'm doing college online but at least it is on my time zone! You're doing great and this goes to show that you will accomplish your goals and dreams!!!

Just a suggestion, but you’re killing it!
What is Yerba mate
char Yerba is basically a plant that grows in South America, that they dry it and steep in hot water and drink immediately.
