Yeah I also was a bit worried after throwing it around that much (and also dismantling it accidentally once!). Will feel amazing once the Resolve EV controller is done and we get wheelspin ⚡
@@DalasEVRepair Awesome. I wish I would have kept my Toyota corolla '98 hatch. Would have loved to do something like that to it. i.pinimg.com/originals/0a/68/19/0a6819ccb1b8bb1512a6e8fb6fe2539d.jpg
two questions: 1) why contactors are not located in the space leaved between the "L" shaped batteries? 2) ZE1 on board charger seems lower or at least plastic cover can be removed. So probably can fit respect the ZE0 OBC
1) We tried to fit the contactors there, but there was so little room to bolt stuff down that it became dangerous. Very easy to touch something wrong in such a small place. So we settled for a safer top mount. 2) The ZE1 inverter is not that much smaller, it wouldn't fit either. It is just a few mm smaller in some places.
Good question, you can forward them to the creator of the controller: www.resolve-ev.com/ And if it is not supported, it would be quite easy to add it! They are very flexible!
Nice to see the battery survived the storage. Good work with the cables. Will be interesting to see the Resolve EV install and configuration.

Hey you a genius! You do not need a taga roof to make you magic job!👍👍👍😎
Love the plumbers strap!
It won't be permanent, I promise! :D
Can't wait to see it drive.
Same! I am so hyped that I even purchased new wheels for it to keep motivation at 110% :D

Power Bulge in the bonnet!
Just an idea.
Take care M.
It would be cool to cut a hole in the bonnet for the pdm to come through, like a "shaker" or super charger intake. 😁
Well I do have a spare yellow bonnet, maybe I should make one? 😁

What happens if you use copper Lugs?
great progress! like how you've organized the battery back. do you plan to put a shell over it?
Thanks, and yes ofcourse! It won't pass inspection if HV stuff is exposed!
Will you be adding extra cooling to the batteries to extend their life?
Yeah a simple fan would help quite a bit during fastcharging sessions, so I might just add one!
Does the resolve controller allow for v2g through the chademo?

tukevan näköinen akkuteline. eikä muuten paina läheskään niin paljoa jos on naisia katsomassa asennuksen aikana ;-)
