We made this one tonight, the only thing we did differently is added smashed avocado to the sandwiches... We're in Arizona so ya we had to! lol Tasted Great, the Wife LOVED THEM!
Found it!!! I LOVE that you made this and I'll forgive you for the avocados since you are from Arizona... lol Yeah, I still have half the pork in the freezer and I'm getting ready for another batch of these!!

Followed the next one, and the next -- till it is ALL gone 😂 Seriously though, that's an awesome name for channel/site and your trailer was killer, too. Funky music, 70's vibe -- and SO much delicious food. We still don't even have a trailer yet but we do feel guilty about it, at least. Anyway, not blowing smoke here but we dig your personality -- you're literally the kind of person we'd probably be hanging with in life and checking out the new restaurant in town that's getting all the buzz. And you're obviously a master chef -- we should have never watched this pork chop sandwich in the morning because now we're STARVING for lunch and it's not even 8:30 yet. Lol... I loved making this sandwich and still have the other HALF of the cutlets in my freezer. Next time I have people over, I am making these sandwiches again. This video was actually the very first time I made it. I lived in Asia for a while and the flavors reminded me of this little "rice box" place I would frequent after work. They had this crazy delicious pork I'd get with rice, broccoli and sweet potatoes. Hope you are having a good weekend! It's supposed to be 96 degrees today in Massachusetts! YIKES!
@@eatthebite Yay! Thanks so much -- this was maybe the response ever, so we're totally even. Living in Asia for a while sounds like a foodie paradise. We determined long ago that Asia is probably our favorite food continent. We certainly eat more Asian food than any other region, that's for sure. And yup, was in the mid 90's here in South too -- what happened to spring? Did we just completely skip a season?

I make this and it's out of this world. Try 00 flour instead of APBF. Next level shit. All glory to Anthony.
I also add the salt and pepper to the egg wash plush a squirt of fresh lime juice. None of that bottle shit.

Chinese 5 spice has such a prominent flavor so I will not add. All other ingredients sounds perfect.
Great - you should try it! Yes Chinese 5 spice can be strong... I used to not like it myself. You could go with one teaspoon or not... But don't skip the black vinegar! 😁
