@@captainobvious5349i think i have to replace my sneaker with a new one its old and it is overused. i use converse shoes too once a while but i prefer adidas same im using easy to shift gear up and down
I ONLY wear tennis shoes on long rides.
It's all about comfort
I ride 88miles a day for work and change out of my boots into my tennis shoes.

Even a pair of learher boots are safer than sneakers
@@DavidHernandez-oz4me i felt i can move my foot freely when shifting and its lighter the downside is it is not safe
get some proper gear.....maybe your ride quality will improve...just a thought....
@@omgwtflmaololrotfl2368 absolutely right could give me confidence too it was a try how it feels wearing sneakers on long ride it was bad never again
