This is by far the best curriculum video I have ever seen. I love how you have divided the materials by level and describe how each level prepares the child to move further along. Very helpful. Sending all the love to you and your beautiful family!
I really liked this video. It really encouraging to me that I don't need to stress out about doing everything. This is pretty in line with what we are doing too and you have given me some new resources, so thank you. 👍
I ♥️ Montessori!! I am just starting my journey with the Montessori Method... I had started interactive binders for my younger kiddos and they like it! Love Brain Quest..
I do the same! I don’t have a set curriculum, I just follow my daughters lead. She’s about ready to read and I bought the BOB books because I heard so many great things about it! I’ll be starting that in August for her, so excited! Thanks for sharing, I love seeing what others do.
Wow!! You got this! You got this! You got this! Had to write it 3 times because I feel like you need triple the encouragement. If I can help in any way please reach out.
This was helpful!! I love how you had it broken down. Do you have a video of what is in your level one sensory box? My little guy will be 2 this fall and I realized other I don’t actually have anything for him to “learn.” I don’t want junk toys and I don’t want to be full Montessori but I need things to do WITH him and enrichment on his own. He loves learning and has outstanding fine motor skills but needs a mental challenge, I see him get bored with regular toys if they don’t have a challenge.
Great video thank you. I’ve just come over to you from Tori’s channel. I am a U.K. mum of four 8, 5, 2 and 10 months and I am about to start our homeschooling journey after falling in love with it during lockdown. My two year old also wants to have his “lessons” as he calls it. At the moment he’ll sit at the table with my older children drawing circles - hundreds of them lol he loves feeling involved so I plan to set up some “school” work for him to go alongside theirs.

This was so good. I'm planning to homeschool my 2 almost 3 year old. He sees his brothers and says where's my book? This gives me some great ideas. Thankyou!
Hi Wendy, me again 😅. My kiddo is ready to transition into level 3 preschool, and I was wondering at what pace you were introducing the Bob books and math fundamental books to your kiddos? Both in a day, one a day? Thanks!
Both! In one day they are different enough that my child is able to handle both in one day. If you have any questions need to talk it over DM me on Instagram PlanPrepPray
I think a strict curriculum for the child is not necessary at preschool level. If anything, the one doing the teaching is who needs a curriculum - to help with planning the lessons and to constantly remind us to make the lessons fun and engaging.
I honestly don't think its necessary for a 3 year old but maybe you can try it out for a month and if it works for your family keep it and if not cancel the subscription.
This is the most helpful Toddler video I’ve seen!! And I’ve looked up so many lol thank you so much, this was so thorough and has so many resources and options!! 💛💛💛
Thanks so much for sharing! I love seeing what others use. I didn't know about the BOB pre-reader books. I might check those out. I have a 4-year-old, 2-year-old, and 6-month old. I also put together bins of other little activities he can work on more independent while I'm working more with my daughter.
You are so welcome! It is so good, definitely check it out. I do know Sonlight is full of great books though. I love activity bins. My children ask for them when we aren't doing school lol. 2 years apart you've got your hands full mama, I'm sure your home is filled with so much life.

I have a 22 month old and a 3 year old. At first I was trying to figure out if I should start a curriculum but I felt it was too much. Watching your videos has eased my mind some. Right now I use a lot of flash cards, sensory bins, read to them, and allow them time to work on puzzles and color. I’m trying to figure out how to incorporate hands on activities involving worksheet assignments. My toddlers don’t like to sit still for too long, so I’m working towards that lol. Thank you so much for sharing. I had so many questions about how often to homeschool and so far I’ve been working with them Monday thru Friday. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to seeing future videos, and reviewing your past videos.
I homeschool my toddler as he wants he is too young in my opinion to be required to do school so on days that he wants we school and when he doesnt we don't. But with that being said without the added pressure he chooses to do school about 4/5 days a week.
This is so far the best video I’ve seen on how to transition from baby to toddler to pre-k. My daughter is basically in between all of these but for my structured planner self this makes so much more sense to me. I can have varying levels to help her. Well when it comes to history at such a young age I wouldn't really stress about it. The What your preschooler needs to know book does go over history and science as well. When it comes to science I would follow her interest and expand upon that using books and experiments from Pinterest or library experiment books. Thank you so much for your video. Very helpfull! I would love to know what kind of toys you have that are montessori inspired. It's overwhelming when I see all the options online... thanks again!! :)
Your comment took me back. In my early homeschool days I was all in with Montessori, but I found it overwhelming to keep up and to keep switching out the toys and activities to keep my little ones engaged. It is a GREAT homeschool model, but 100% Montessori wasn't right for my family, so I took a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Stay-tuned. I'll do a video to show you exactly what I use.
I just use the flashcards for the numbers, but if you have specific convictions, you can always use plain index cards and just write the numbers on them
Do you plan on schooling your preschooler everyday or when they are in the mood for it?
Thanks
I'm doing it every day but trying to catch them up when they are really in the mood🥰

For preschool we don’t have a hard structure but they like to play school so it’s good opportunity to slip in some lessons when they’re done we stop

@@PlanPrepPray thank you so much for your response and understanding my 'struggle'.. I can't wait to see that video:) Thanks again!!
Wendy, omg you are killing UA-cam! ♥️
You are so sweet! Thank you so much ❤
Good idea to Velcro the puzzle pieces!
That's all my husband. It was that or throw away all the puzzles.
I like your style :)
Thanks 😅

whats that?
Do you know what Disney is about? Why would you teach that to kids?
I just use the flashcards for the numbers, but if you have specific convictions, you can always use plain index cards and just write the numbers on them
