I love rogue also. My one small complaint is the width of the rack it's a lil to big. Causing a lot of the problems you described with hitting the sides and jcups with the weights on barbells if the uprights. Small complaint but other companies offer 41 inch in-between uprights.
@@MattPendergraph rogue said they will be adding more attachments for their lever arms. That prompted me to go ahead and drop the grand for em. Your absolutely right , they are very versatile
Hey there is a low row attachment for your latpull down seat. Go to the cave for the monster series and its on there as a add on or call rogue to order it.
Great review. I switched my order from the RM-4 to the 6. By the time I added storage posts, and a few other items, there was only a $300 difference. Best to buy once and get everything you can need/afford.
I'm thinking of getting a RM6 and putting it against my wall length ways in the corner of my living room. Do you think I can put the straps and J cups on side ways and do squats?
I would think so.... because the center section is completely square (43x43) I wouldn't imagine it being an issue...just make sure you allow plenty of room for bar loaded with plates if you plan on using the uprights closest to the wall!
Thank you so much! Looking forward to releasing more... hopefully they'll only get better and better! Lol .. but yeah...I definitely love having a 6 post rack, but you're correct... they take up a TON of space! I have seen set-ups where people mount the rear sections off the sides rather than in line like typical 6 post racks (not sure if something like that would be an option for ya, but it does look awesome when done that way)
Yeah you're right, I have seen 6 post racks set up that way and they do look great. One option I've been thinking about is turning a RM3 into a 6 post rack. Thanks for the feedback though. I've got some things to think about now lol
Did you bolt it to the ground? I know they say you don’t have to with this one, but I’m curious. No concerns with stability if you didn’t bolt it? How about when doing dip/weighted-dips on it? Also any idea how much the entire rack weighs when assembled? Good video man thanks for the info!
I actually did NOT bolt mine down.... definitely was not needed due to the weight of the overall rack itself (minus any attachments or weight)..and the footprint this beast takes up!!! Extremely sturdy once all assembled! As far as how much the rack alone weighs....I honestly couldn't tell you.... SEVERAL hundred pounds for sure though! Obviously I have weights, bars, chains, extra crossmembers attached to mine, therefore mine is rock solid! Dips (weighted or not) are not a problem at all...rack handles them just fine (I attached my matador to the front of the front post of the rack....I find that to be the most solid/quiet set up for sure....I seem to get a lot of rattle from the weights and chains if I attach it off the side of the rack... obviously the rack isn't as wide as it is deep, therefore you get slight shaking working off the side)
I have an idea for you since you have a short trolley arms. and the safety straps Connect one end of the safety straps as close as the handle of the LT50 arm and the other end on the same upright that holds the arm but higher. If you want to have the arm horizontal pull on the strap and connect it to the appropriate hold of the upright. I believe that it will give you the range of motion when you do your flat bench and you can also adjust it to do a very deep bench press. At rest the upright , the strap and the arm should make a triangle. The strap will replace the safety metal arms. I believe that no-one thought about that in the hundred of video that I have seen. You can use the same system for every exercise that you have to push vertically up but squats. Unfortunately I can not send you a drawing of what I have in mind since I will not ne able to upload it. Try it out and let me know how it works If you make a Video about it give me the credit under the Dirk's way. Let me know what you think. Deepdirk
Basically the same setup as my lever arm belt squat (except I used a chain in place of the safety strap)...I'm sure it would work just fine....I know me personally...I prefer to rest the arms on my flip downs (feels the safest...but again... just my personal preference)... thanks for sharing... maybe someone might read and find this setup beneficial to them and their needs!!
Heads up, rogue sold me a bad made monster rack and now they don’t want to exchange it! There are dents between every hole as if the machine was not placed properly, after each hole they have dents! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

....Thank you?...lol
I'm a charter member of the rogue swole bro club too. Monster rack 2.0 with the 50 cal. trolly lever arms

Are Sorinex attachments compatible with this rack?
Most are...Sorinex also utilizes the 3x3 inch post/1 inch hole design... unlike Rep racks which are 2.95x2.95 inches.

How do I set up my T Bar?
Is it a T-Bar row handle that you're trying to set up?
