Thank you for your query. Sir, this depends on your actual citizenship (ie. if you are a dual citizen or otherwise), and a check of your actual citizenship documents would be the most accurate start of a discussion to be able to provide an accurate assessment.
But generally speaking, as a theoretical discourse, for homes (houses & lots), purchasing should be done by a Filipino citizen or at least a former Filipino Citizen who has been naturalized (and there are restrictions to it as well).
For condominiums, it’s possible to name it directly under you, provided that the total ownership of the building is still at least 60% Filipino owned.
