However wanted to know how is the performance in stop go traffic of ncr and that too with with full load, 4 adults and full boot. I am very much interested in kushaq however this ac issue is stopping me and instead I am looking for other options.

I really don't understand how you drive. Either some problem is with your driving or your VW car. I get a min average of 17 and while driving sensibly I get 20 from VW AT Topline Taigun. If with AT I can get 20 you can definitely get 20+ with your manual transmission.
