Never ever spray water in engine bay... I m shocked to see that this is happening in authorized service center.
Yesterday I took a Test drive of Taigun Manual 1.0 TSI, and I was not surprised when the AC kept going off by itself, and we had to turn it back on 2-3 times in a span of 30 mins. The VW Representative understood that I was disappointed by this trouble but had no words because he is just a dealer.. not the maker..
Unfortunately I tested this in winters, a new lesson I guess...

Exactly same all issues i am facing with my 1.5 GT Manual ..i am fed up with it honestly
Bought Taigun GT 1.5 DSG , continues hissing noise at regular intervals. Service guys told its a problem in all the new VW/Skoda cars. Noise is more noticeable in night with low fan setting, it’s quite irritating. Such a cost cutting in 20+ lakhs car with cheap compressor. It was not there in 9 lakhs Polo or Vento. Degrading and frustrating to the buyers. Avoid if you can take a test drive and don’t over look real ac issues
This is such a shame. After buying a new car of a brand named VW. You get issues and change of parts. It seems like going and buying second hand vehicle where you find such issues 🤔🤔. So only ppl go buy first hand cars where they need no issues coming up.
Hai can you please tell me from where you got your number plate holder and is your number plate HSRP and where did you get it?
You can get number plate cover or protector from local market and also from any car dealer
As a friend would advice never ever buy car at launch. Wait for 24 months let them iron out all the defects & shuffle features in the their variants.
Most of the made in India Cars from Tata, VW-Skoda,.... has problems because they are half-baked products.
Check Tata Cars history most of them within 12-18 months have undergone changes. So customers who bought at launch always feels cheated. Same is the case with VW-Skoda made in India cars.
Feel the same now, the reviews were really positive while buying, took a u-turn 1 month after I bought it 😅
Many have already gone through above method ( Gas circulation ) which works for a week or slightly more, and AC compressor trips after that . Its complete waste of time .
Did they try changing the Compressor?
@@ssharadhverma compressor is ok doesn't required to be changed .
If you are facing the same issue, keep the AC on auto and it won’t cutoff the compressor. This is some technical issue with the engine and the way it is designed.

I Don't Understand what's going on , 12 year old vento 1.6 never had this issue even the polo tsi is perfectly fine . Only issue I saw is the abs sensor that got damaged in 8 years or so
sir mai abhi 2 mahine pale apne 2nd checkup service per geytha tho un hone engine software update liya tha.. aap kis software ki baat kar rahe hai...

Less than 1 yr and 4200 kms
Never seen so many issues in creta or other hyundai cars. Better to go with hyundai.
The issue is they lack build quality now and degrading with time. I own a 2019 creta and VW Virtus but wouldn't suggest to go with the 2020 one. Issues are definitely there due to the cars being new. Would not suggest VWs for family.
we get it, never own an vw group car, they don't know how to make a reliable car. it's unjustifiable that someone buys a brand new car and had to visit service station in the very intial days. I own an toyota, and only visit the SS once a year never a second time, it recently completed 10 years and this summer i felt a slight drop in cooling so went to a local workshop got the ac gas replaced and man it cools like crazy, even rear passengers who dont have rear ac vents ask to turn down cooling. never experienced mad service bills as toyota service centres never cheat customers nor they will force you to replace any part if its gonna last a lil bit more, like once they told us not to replace pads as thell last 4-5k kms more. I have a very strong belief to not own a vw group vehicle ever, first they give you a overcomplicated unreliable car then gonna suck your blood, peoples over there in audi never generate a service bill of less than 3-5 pages and 80-100k
You are right. I have personally used vw skoda cars. They are great cars to drive but over-engineered and not much reliable. Their tdi engines were super reliable and powerful but again vw skoda Audi, they are great till they are running, once they break, cost fortune to repair. Only dare to own vw skoda, if you don't mind to spend.
Absolutely, went with this because of the better quality. Should have gone with a seltos or creta
@@ssharadhverma creta over this absolutely a big no..no.... , seltos still fine. with the amount you spend ( around 16) I would have only looked towards two options Harrier or hector and City 5th gen
The simplest is, if you want only and only driving pleasure, you can go for VW/Skoda. I own a VW Virtus and a 2019 Creta. The pleasure of VW is at a level above, but not very much. There are issues in my VW, and no mileage even when I drive the slowest. So typically, its a driver's car, wouldn't suggest one for Family. Get a Tata with good build quality, more reliable, and its Indian too. Gonna keep the Creta for family, and VW for driving pleasure.
Overall do you suggest me to buy taigun highline AT?

No not at all, city 6-7 max 8 in delhi
In heavy traffic (B2B) mileage will be around 6-8kmpl depending on the road conditions and traffic in any petrol Mid Size Suv car. But the 1 TSI and 1.5 TSI also crosses 16+kmpl on smooth highways. I have got even 19kmpl in my TaigunGT+ ( it is 1.5 DSG (automatic) ) , on smooth & less traffic highway ...
For family, No.
If you are a fast driver, or want the best possible pleasure, then go for VW. Else there are more reliable options in the market. Just don't miss the build quality check.
Your opinion about new virtus? Can we expect same issues with virtus also?
Its too early to say, need to wait for around 6-8 months for actual reviews to come in…
Virtus has same issues like Taigun , Kushaq and Skoda.It is based on same platform .
AC issues are already reported in Virtus as well.
Pl dont buy VW.

It has no issues in my knowledge from other 1.5 MT owners . We own TaigunGT+ (DSG) . It is absolutely flawless, no rattling or aircon issues at all .

Sir, these chu... have not tested their car before launching to public, now they want customer to pay and test their cars. They must give all money back to you including car, you cant run to service center every week for manufacturing faults. Btw Just want to know if this issue persist for 1.5L DSG too?

This is all because use of cheap quality material to localise the car. Very poor and bad work from VW and Skoda. You lost our trust completely.
Thought of buying this car Topline Manual . Since so many issues I cancelled . Now going for Toyota Hyryder & New facelift Seltos

Would request you to kindly wait for both Creata & Seltos face-lift to be launched. Thereafter TD the 4.3 mts players Hyryder, Vitara, Creata, Seltos,......
Than decide which one fits your expectations. Would advice you to consider Quality of After-Sales Services, Cost of spare parts, Labour charges....... etc. Because our big time relations starts with buying a car. 2-4 visits to showroom for buying & later atleast 10 - 20 times for Services.
I guess I m the lucky one who has not faced the ac issue ,although I faced rattling noise issue which seems to be resolved now
I m driving 1 litre manual top line
Also I m getting a good mileage in city of around 12-14

Bro can u tell me if you hear any tabla (kind of drum) noise when 'releasing clutch' specifically I saw this in test drive we tested and confirmed several times and VW staff was shocked too. When I release clutch a Tabla rings.. haha I havent booked yet.. (I am planning for 1.0 TSI Highline MT
@@veeras2020 I haven’t noticed any such noise so far,sometimes I feel a whistle kind of sound from brakes but that is very minute and can be ignored
Driver side window motor issue is common...I have the same problem & told they have to order the motor and replaced in warranty ! Something which is a common issue, the dealer should keep in stock instead of we customers going back to the service center multiple times...My Taigun 1.0 Topline AT has covered 7500 KM, never have I got a mileage more than single digit...Full tank range is 360KM which is basically around 7.2 KM/L !!!
Facing the same issue, the mileage problem is really a major pain
Just go deposit your manufacturing defect Car to the dealer from where you purchased it in the presence of local TV media guy or record the process & send it to VW-Skoda Co.
Only than your problem might get solved
Mileage for me is ok till now. But its been just a month old car. So will have to wait and see.

That comes even in my 1.0 Virtus. The AC tripping issue is there on high throttle but haven't felt as such in traffic conditions.
