I think your instinct to cut your bangs is good idea. You could have the option of doing that wispy piecey crescent bang look. Since you're not cutting a heavy blunt fringe, it can still be middle parted away and blend in to the curtain wolf fringe.

Aislinn, like what the hell... it is 00:30 am where I live and I am HATING my hair right now and watching people getting a wolf cut or a mullet for hours now. AND HERE YOU ARE GETTING A WOLFCUT FOR NEW YEAR... exactly the video I needed and let me tell you, I think it is a sign. I shaved my hair off in 2021 and since then I am just letting it grow. It now has this shoulder length with layers in it, it has weird parts where it is very thin and fine and it curls. I have never clicked so fast. Edit: PLEASE cut your bangs shorter, your eyes popped when you showed them shorter.
I’m so glad you posted this. I’ve been wanting to cut my hair to take care of my over processed ends but don’t have the funds to get it done professionally.
