Hoisin Sauce Pork Crockpot Recipe

- 2 lbs. pork butt country style ribs (cubed)
Black pepper (to your liking)
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup sriracha
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
2 tbsp. water + 2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup shredded carrots
8 oz. sugar snap peas
Directions:
Place the cubed pork into crockpot and season with black pepper. In a separate bowl, combine and mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Pour mixture over meat and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-7 hours. Create cornstarch slurry by adding and mixing 2 tbsp. of water and 2 tbsp. of cornstarch. Lastly, add the cornstarch slurry, carrots, and sugar snap peas into crockpot and cook for additional 1 hour on high. Enjoy!

What can you substitute for the siracha sauce… I can do spicy
