Thank you very much for your Affinity Designer Videos. I appreciate your videos very much and you are for me as a German senior very well to understand. Thanks again and all the best for 2019!
Thank you so much!!! I did not know that that you can use the option key to change the curvature of the a line (when using the pen tool)! Great Video!!
Great tutorial, thank you! About stokes, How we can make new brushes that can be “extend strokes” later if we need to.? The image based brushes can’t be “extend stroke”.
Hi Alessandro. Once again, a really nice video with lots of helpful and clear tips and techniques, all clearly explained with many of the options verbalized and explored. I will be moving on the the next video, and recommending this video series to some of my co-workers. I am looking to move away from Illustrator, which I have used for years, and I think I may have found a good alternative. Thank you!
Thank you again for watching it, and thank you for sharing my videos! The whole purpose of this channel is offering high quality education for free, and sharing it with others is the best way to sustain me at zero cost, so thank you again for your help :D I completely dropped Adobe thanks to Affinity, I'm sure you will get used to it pretty quickly to this amazing software. Cheers
I would like to make Hexagon with 10" on all the six sides. I liked your video but I would like to know if I give my choice of size. Also, if I am able to give my choice of size for sides can I place a photo on it like we do in Photoshop? I hope you got my question. I appreciate your time and awaiting reply.
Not sure about it. I used Illustrator for the past 10 years and I haven't seen any major innovation or improvement to it. I prefer to focus on new and more affordable softwares. Maybe in the future, if I'll ever subscribe to Adobe CC again.
There doesn't seem to be an option to get sharp corners? Mitre join seems to chamfer the corners. What if I want a true point on the corner of a V shaped line?
This is easy to understand. But you should know that a cube is three-dimensional. A square, which always has sides of equal length, is flat, or two-dimensional.
Good tutorial, but do you know the difference between a square and a cube? You keep calling your square a cube. If you want to convert a square to a cube, are you going to say: "I am going to convert this cube to a cube."

Much better than many clumsy 'me too' tutorials by people who just want hits to make money. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback

At 9:13 to create a straight shape, after Bezier curve, why not select polygon mode?
Great video and perfect explanation. Short and clear ... but what is the OPTION KEY???
Sorry, that's a MacOS keyboard layout. On Windows should be the ALT key. Cheers
Thank you.
Is there an alternative to the creator shape of Illustrator?
Nice. Thanks!!!
Great explanation!
Thank you so much!
Very helpful, thank you.

Nice video. Just a quick note, it's a square (2D) not a cube (3D).
Oh shoot, you're right. I totally didn't notice my mistake.
Thank you so much :D
would you like to make illustrator video tutorial ?

QUESTION: how can i offset a rectangle or any geometry?

Per quanto capisca benissimo l'inglese è un vero peccato che non ci sia la versione in italiano, di sicuro sarebbe stata utile :D
Version in Italiano del programma, or del mio video?

Basically 2D CAD software.

your videos always stop loading about a minute into them
All my videos? That never happened to me or any other users that I'm aware of.
