Ear rape is when a corrupted game blasts a 20khz tone in your ear. Vinny yelling EAT A DICK at max volume isn't. The random loudness is part of the humor of watching him play challenging games, as he just goes full Italian when it gets frustrating.

I was so focused on watching than eating one of my favorite food. Man, that suspense is real!
