The fact that Mina would be a roommate with Sampo doesn't tell me that Sampo would be a good roommate. It tells me that Mina would be a good accomplice and she ain't a snitcher.
Sampo feels like that dude that will always ropes you into trouble, but at the same time will go "game recognize game" when you snitch on him. And with the reveal during Black Swan's story, i think Sampo is the kind of person who will have your back if you just treat him nicely.
Mina can canonicaly become gallagher's kid and would have a sister named kiana

1. I mean, Sam is Firefly, so... yes
2. Acheron, I have no interest in actually making it to Coachella (I'd be way too overstimmed at any concert. Also, I appreciate that she's more chill in the no expectations way, whereas Adventurine is chill in the party way; not my vibe.)
3. Jingliu all the way. She may cause chaos at work, but work-life balance, will keep it from bleeding into other parts of my life. I honestly think I'd be driven crazy if I had to share living space with anyone (outside of family), much less someone like Sampo who is very much all over the place (not that I'm not, but at least I know my messes, interference would change that)
4. I mean, Gepard would get me out of there in five seconds flat. I don't plan on finding out what a Stelleron smells like anytime soon, nevermind any leftover rotting corpse fumes.
5. I desperately need someone who'd tutor me & be okay with repeating shit I should know already, so it has to be Dr. Ratio
6. Gallagher seems like he'd be more responsible as a parent, and more fun. (Then again, apparently "Death" is his side project, so who's to say?)

Honestly, if I were to have a Honkai: Star Rail Family Tree, It would be Gallagher as Dad, Madame Yukang as Mom, Gepard as the More Responsible Older Brother, Silver Wolf as the Younger "Gamer Girl" Sister (who's a little bit of a Brat) and then Svarog as the Uncle, and Guinaifen, Serval and Clara as the Cousins that you'd always enjoy to be around. Plot twist to this is that Uncle Svarog, Papa Gallagher and Momma Yukang let you know that Guinaifen and Serval were Adopted.
If I were to go Anywhere with Acheron, it would probably be Museums like the Smithsonian Air and Space or Museum Ships like the USS North Carolina (BB-55), USS Yorktown (CV-10) or USS Laffey (DD-724). Then again, I'd do the Same with any of the Guys and Gals of Honkai: Star Rail.

100% take working with Jingliu over rooming with Sampo. There are benefits to being friends with the quiet person everyone is afraid will snap and murder someone. Also, think of the stories you'd collect from working with her that you could tell others. The dangers of Sampo would be lurking over you all the time, as there'd be no escape from his shenanagins, while you'll only be exposed to Jingliu for your shift.
Been playing for a year and I never realised what geppy swings around is a guitar case...
1. Svarog. I might get to be Clara's second dad someday, and that would be wonderful.
2. I'll say Acheron, mostly because I don't care about Coachella, so I don't have to go when we both get lost (I have a worse sense of direction than her.)
3. Jingliu, mostly because I hate both Sampo and having roommates.
4. Gepard's guitar case. It's the only one of the two that I know for certain doesn't currently contain a corpse.
5. Argenti. While Dr. Ratio's class would be interesting at first, I wouldn't be able to leave. With Argenti, I can mostly tune him out once I get bored, or even pawn him off on someone else if given the chance. (Basically, I agree completely on this one.)
6. Black Swan, probably. She'd probably be really dedicated to creating wonderful memories together, even if it's just for her job. Also, Gallagher reminds me too much of my IRL dad for that to not be awkward for me.
As for a makeshift StarRail family... Hmmm... Black Swan as the mom (obviously), Svarog as the dad, Clara and Huohuo as sisters (maybe Guinaifen or Silver Wolf instead? I can picture any or all of the four), and I'm adopting the little blind girl Dan Shu was looking after. I also feel like Sampo would show up as a crazy uncle whether I want him to or not.
How did the Landau Siblings NOT get mentioned in the family section ? Guys ? They're the perfect package like cmon now.

3: Sampo as a roomate. JIngliu could just flash freeze the entire restaurant if she didnt like something. Both are hella sus but Sampo seems to be a bit safer. Also Jingliu can just make ice swords out of thin air, whereas sampos dagger could be more easily detected.
4: Louchas coffin; because coffins are designed to be slept in. Youd have to be a human contortionist to even fit in geppies guitar case, and you'll be waking uup with a sore everything.
5: Argenti. He would motivate you with roses and praises. Meanwhile Dr. Ratio would be constantly whipping chalk. Just pray his accuracy is 100% or someone else who didnt deserve it is gonna get beaned in the head.
