My top 6 6th Andrew Brayshaw - FREO 5th Touk Miller - GCS 4th Patrick Cripps - CARL 3rd Clayton Oliver - MELB 2nd Lachie Neale - BRI 1st Jezza Cameron - GEEL
I hate how people say if you win the Brownlow you’re automatically the best player… no, it’s a midfielders award, as much as Cripps deserved to win it this year, Petracca took votes of Clayton, and Lachie got some votes taken off him by McCluggage and Lyons. While Cripps didn’t really have anyone to compete with as Walsh and Cerra didn’t really steal votes.
Cam guthrie is extremely unlucky to miss out on the top 20 let alone the top 50. You have spuds like bolton at 13, who is a pretty mediocre in my opinion but can't fit in guthrie. I think it should be cripps or cameron at the number one spot. Oliver got helped out a lot by having the best ruckman in the comp tapping it to him the whole year, cripps on the other hand had a young key forward being turned into a ruck because pittonett was out for most of the year.
Yeah I rated Guthrie's year, was very consistent and under the radar. Really close from putting him. Hard to fit everyone it, but I would be flexible to include him in the top 50. Many different opinions about Shai and I respect yours but his x factor and impact is special. I get what you mean with Oliver, but he's extremely good on getting his own ball as well.
Nice I would defiantly swap Neale for Oliver though and have Touk higher, Jack Sinclair, Jarrod Witts, Brandon starevich and Taylor walker unlucky to miss out,
@@collingwoodmaggiesforever why not starcevich? He goes so unotiesed and it’s my opinion anyway so you can’t tell me I’m wrong beacuse it’s an opinion mate
Depends on who wins it. If it’s like a clear cut best player like a 2017 dusty, then yeah. Besides coaches association is a more accurate award too. Nothing against cripps had a cracking year.
Depends on who it its. Cameron was geelongs clear cut best player, Guthrie was very consistent and under the radar. Hard to fit everyone it, but I would be flexible to include him in the top 50.
@@RilesMacca It's OK, it's only an opinion and a lot of AFL fans don't rate Cam Guthrie, but Geelong supporters know how effective he is, and the fact that he tied with Cameron says a lot about his season. I don't often agree with Mark Robinson, but I think he got Guthrie's position in his top 50 about right.

I don’t think Clayton Oliver should have been number one didn’t get in the top three for the Brownlow and isn’t a very good kick i reskin you a Melbourne supporter
Go for the swannies man, Oliver is the best inside midfielder IMO so sometimes his ball use can be average, neales is worse than his in comparison. Also very hard for Oliver to be polling top 3 with petracca and gawn taking votes off him.
The only notable omission for me is Patty McCartin he had an incredible year.
Such a huge fan of your channel man. Lots of effort goes into these videos and their very watchable. Keep it up👍🏻
Cheers mate appreciate it
I kinda love how Marcus Windhager stopped Neale winning the Brownlow medal this year, hoping next year is special for the saints
How do you know he stopped Neale? Neale was off that game and spent a lot on the bench beacuse of calf issues.
@@tropic2860 he tagged him very well

6th Andrew Brayshaw - FREO
5th Touk Miller - GCS
4th Patrick Cripps - CARL
3rd Clayton Oliver - MELB

1st Jezza Cameron - GEEL
Bailey Fritsch not only deserves a spot due to his forward craft, but that hairstyle surely makes him a certainty for the top 50

Fair list 👍 can nitpick it all you like but I’m satisfied with that top 3

Caleb serong and will Brodie deserve top 50 list
hard list to compile, i would put neale over clarry but fair enough. Fire video
Are you an AFL umpire? They put Lachie above Clarry too.
I would change Taylor Walker to Patrick dangerfield
Crisp surely makes the top 15 at least
Nice I would defiantly swap Neale for Oliver though and have Touk higher, Jack Sinclair, Jarrod Witts, Brandon starevich and Taylor walker unlucky to miss out,

I can’t believe Wilkie wasn’t top 50 he was like he 3rd best st Kilda player this year I would have him in the 35-40 range
oh no a st kilda fan
in my opinion mark Blicavs is the most versatile player in the league
PLEASE do a early ladder Predictions
❤❤❤
Paddy dowe was easily first lol
Accurate
I feel like Melbourne has too many good players to win a brownlow because they take points off each other
You know your stuff
if cripps won the brownlow, isnt he the best player in the comp?
Depends on who wins it. If it’s like a clear cut best player like a 2017 dusty, then yeah. Besides coaches association is a more accurate award too. Nothing against cripps had a cracking year.
I agree. Cripps should be 1st.

Daniel rioli?
2 Metre Peter must play golf
Real close for putting him 50th but chose tex thought he was a higher influence, had a great year though Wright.
Peter Wright?
A player that wins the B&F for the premiers has got to at least be in the top 30 players wouldn't you think?

Sammy Collins??
Cam Zurhaar braaa
But apart from that the list isn't too bad I guess.
Andrew brashaw definitely top 3
Petracca is too high on the list he should be about 40-50
Steele 48 😮 he should be top 10…
Where was Guthrie
Wins B&F in a premiership year... no love. Geez, he's underrated.
Yeah I really rated Guthrie’s season. Would be flexible to put him in, probs over Steele or macrae.
@@RilesMacca yeah I would probably put him in over one of those two

very unreasonable for laird should be much higher
Love lairds season but team success does play a part in the list. Also just isn't as damaging at the other midfielders.
Are you for real Loche Neil is better than Clayton Oliver come on
Go swans
Couldn’t fit the All Australian skipper in the top 20??
He’s at 9th man
Luke Jackson
Jai Newcombe?
Where’s Patrick Dangerfield?
1,Cripps
2,Cameron
3,Neale
Good video though, cheers
Vines is top 40
dylan moore should be there over josh daicos
Crisp had a better year than Bont
Gulden should be 15 th at least
This was from 2022, not this year. I'll make another one of these at the end of the year.
If you win the brownlow aren’t you the best player? Like the work but think this channel is too harsh on Carlton. ❤
