In the UK we call the fruit in the video Yuzu. I have a Yuzu tree, but it is very young, it will take a few years to produce fruit. I love your recipes and method of cooking, another great video. boil peels in water, drain, boil again, drain >get rid of bitterness. then boil in syrup (water and sugar) for 10 more minutes before pouring into jar. It will have jam quality. You can even spread on toast and butter to eat for breakfast.💖💖 Last longer in refrigerator. If you slice and separate more of white parts from skin before shredding, it will be less bitter too and more aromatic.
I had it before pre-made in a jar and it's tasty. I wish I could find the fresh fruit but I don't see it in markets where I live. Do you know if I can freeze it perhaps in small portions? Thank you! 감사합니다!
