When I gave the original set, the fob prog no longer appears on the radio, which could also be the ignition cylinder. thankful.

Ok so I own a 2003 Impala I have a car with a wrench on my dash it's killed my backup lights my floor lights and my factory alarm key fob doesn't do nothing I put the stock radio back in good thing I didn't get rid of the thing so I've done everything I can think of when I go into the setting I don't see half the stuff you show me I don't see alarm or the tire thing I really NEED TO GET THIS THING TURNED OFF IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HEL P ME PLZ

im having the same issue. I didnt know any of them were controlled by that basic ass looking am/fm/cd unit. I replaced it with an aftermarket unit, now i cant reset any of the lights. (oil change/washer etc)
When i try to change something it doesnt work it just blinks do u know the problem i am having???

Same problem with my two thousand and it doesn't do nothing brings up no settings just blinks my hole electrical system blinks
What if I don't have my default radio in anymore? Am I just screwed? Lol.

Trying to help a friend, there radio looks the same w/o the tape opinion and the settings menu is different. Instead of displaying "oil life it just says "L life" anyone else's radio like this?
