When you put your fingers on either side of the blackhead, push down a bit inborn sides AND then pinch together. That way it's like you're pushing the blackhead out from underneath it! Hopefully that could make it go faster cuz I can tell that was pretty painful!

You need to unroof the blackhead with a sterile needle or scalpel blade. They are buried under layers of skin cells although they appear to be right on the surface.
