17 CANES on that 2001 team ended up being 1st round picks. Best team in history!!!
Love Fletcher he’s all Cane. It’s gonna take his mentality to get this program back where it should be. Him and Martinez are gonna be a handful to tackle for 4 quarters
Wow, super impressed with Fletch's maturity. Excited to watch him and Damian ball out this season. The two-headed monster. Another great pod y'all.
his maturity is gonna take him far.
Sean Taylor was on the 2001 team as a true freshman.
Enjoyed hearing Mark Fletcher, he's a solid Dude! Can't wait to see what he does this year, he's going to be huge and I am here for it routing him on all the way!
Nothing but love for Fletch. 🔥🔥🔥
DON'T forget about Duke Johnson my guys. It's all about U
Mark you haven't seen the hard rock packed yet. But if you guys start winning just wait.. it will be the best atmosphere you've ever been apart of. To this day the Miami vs ND 2017 was the loudest stadium I've ever been in and I've been to many games
I was there that night 🌙 it was lit 🔥
Fletcher is gonna take the U far, what a good dude!
2001 Best College team EVER.
Stretcher Fletcher 🚑
Sean Taylor was on the 01 team
Good stuff guys. Hope Mark heals up and gets to play this year.
The kid Elija Lofton could be a secret weapon against UF as an H-Back behind that powerful Canes OL.
Miami will have the mindset to get points every drive and the defense will try really hard to shut opponents down. Miami will have a special season
Mo! Bro do your research! 😂 The 01 Canes had 38 NFL draft picks on that squad! 17 were first rounders! Crazy stat: They would have gone 8-4 without scoring any offensive touchdowns! Go Canes!!!
Coach O told me to my face at the spring game this year that the 01 team was better than his championship LSU team. He said they werent that good on defense.
Coach O is drunk and I’m a Hurricane fan. LSU ran up and down the field against the number 2 and 4 defense in Clemson and Georgia. They would’ve did the same with Miami. Whoever has the ball last would win
@AlmightyMauMau that miami defense was better than any team he faced. The DL would have him rushed out of the pocket all game and the DB would Def make some plays. I could see that game just being a TD difference but could also see miami winning by 3 Td.
@@rodneycuttleback9069 stop it. That D line was average at best. They had a 270lbs starting DT in Matt Walter’s!! And their primary defense was cover 2 with press man. Randy Shannon didn’t blitz like Clemson or Georgia. He was vanilla. Then you have a 5’9 Cb in Buchannon and a stiff Rumph( remember he moved to safety as a pro because he lacked hip mobility) going against Chase and Jefferson. Just stop it…please 🤦🏾♂️
@@AlmightyMauMauWhen LSU or any other team in CFB has 17 players drafted in the first round and 38 players drafted overall then you can talk to me about another team being better, till then shut up.
@@mariocristogoat4931 what does draft picks have to do with which team would win the game. Remember, football is a game of matchups. Ain’t no way in hell a Cover 2 would stop Burrows from going up and down that field. Especially Randy Shannon’s conservative scheme . Get out your feelings buddy and accept the truth:
Salute. Dope pod!
This what you call competition
Sean Taylor was on that team
Did y'all get duke Johnson on already? Love to see what he thinks of the previous running back rooms Miami had and what it was like in the room he was in cause they was loaded then too
I don't see why BOTH backs can't end the season w 1000yds!!!
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💚🧡💚🧡 spoken like a true cane let’s take this ish #madeindade
This would Go crazy if y’all had chapters on the video
Get outta here Miami 2001 best of all time college team, hands down!
1st round draft pick 3 more years lil bro
THE MIGHTY U
Sean Taylor was in that team….he was a true freshman
Your looking for the frase, bulletin board material.
I got knocked out playing cornerback in Suniland Optimist at about age 12 or 13. Foam inside helmets. Woke up while walking home from the Park with my best friend. No protocols back then.
Nashawn is now at central
Mark was 17/126 yds 2 TDs
Sean Taylor was on the 01 Miami team!
He sounds like the 80s 90s Canes, he need his RB here, sharpen those Irons bro.
Bro, we are going to be a problem fr💯💯🔥🧡💚🙌🏿💪🏿👿
Bulletin Board Material
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 Pack The Rock!!!
North Carolina has a bunch of D1 teams. Buddy has a point.
“Bulletin Board Material”
49:20-4940!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🏿👍🏿
Will he be a go for next season?
Sean Taylor was on the 2001 roster
2019 lsu no defense hell no Miami was complete Sean Taylor was on that team freshman
Sean Taylor college 2001-2003
He wasn't a big time player yet so saying his name Is b s 2001 miami overrated if u got count player Dat didn't even shine Dat year they be counting players on the bench which u can do with Bama or Florida 08 team
Them bike helmets🤣🤣🤣🤣
Gators running scared as we knock them out by halftime. Go Fletch!!!
I watched both teams play the 01 Canes woulda smacked LSU they were the greatest Football Team ever.
Laying down on ya back and getting up and hitting is called “Oklahoma’s”
Sean Taylor was on the team he just was a freshman
Bro nobody beating Miami 2001 team when you see film on them boys you will know they were the real deal
Sean Taylor played special teams & Vince Wilfork didn’t start
Fletcher has to be 100% healthy. Otherwise, I don't want him to play at all. His injury looked like an Achilles heel, and those are delicate to heal from.
USC 2004 was better than LSU 2019 your not beating Miami or USC with one good cornerback and a average offensive line and defensive line
Taylor was on that team he didn’t start
Mannn tell buddy with the cap to do his homework lsu 2019 almost lost to bama Miami 01 never had a close game until the championship
The Boston College game and FSU have were close but Miami smoked Nebraska in the Rose Bowl in 01. As far as who wins, I think it's close but the trenches and defense give Miami an edge. I think LSU has a much tougher time stopping Miami and moving the ball down the field. Don't think it's a blow out but Miami likely wins up by 7 with the ball running out the clock.
I think Martinez 🤔 starts over fletch
And Martinez should.
He Def should.. and fletch wouldn't have a problem it.
Fletch might not even be ready for game 1
But if he is ready for game 1, id be scared to be Florida, martinez and fletcher? They better be deep on the defensive line
@@canesfan120574 nah fr…then cj with the speed to beat a tired d-line is going to be crazy
01 Miami would have beat them by at least 14. Clyde Edwards was too small, Stingly wouldn’t be able to cover everybody. Chase and Jettas gone be them, but I think one of them would’ve gotten hurt with all of the hitters on that defense lol. And Queen would’ve had a rough night 😂😂😂
Miami is most Definitely NOT RBU. I can name one running back worth a damn that did anything in the NFL. Portis was the only running back worth a damn. You want RBU look to Bama/Georgia/Ohio State three schools far better at putting running backs successfully in the league.
Our Dline will destroy Mertz. Lol
Yo, buddy looks like he's not wearing pants 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
RBU is bama or Georgia coming from a Gator fan . Miami is TEU or DLU
