2024 Miami Hurricanes Spring Football Game

- Miami Spring practices concluded with the annual spring football game, this year being held on campus in Coral Gables. The White Team, led by the first team offense and transfer quarterback Cam Ward, defeated the Orange team 31-14. Hurricanes fans were excited to get their first look at new quarterback Cam Ward and he did not disappoint. Ward unofficially was credited by ESPN with 324 yards and three touchdowns on 19-24 passing in the game. He showed his creativity in the game and also showed an already strong connection to wide receiver Xavier Restrepo. The two teams were coached by Miami alumni Andre Johnson and Devin Hester, both of whom are going to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame later this summer. On defense, freshman Marquise Lightfoot was credited with four tackles and a sack, and Bissainthe had four tackles including one for a fourth-down stop. Over half the linebackers were offered by UF , the rest held offers from various SEC schools. Our last LB addition was Adarius Hayes, he was literally flipped from UF.

@@denniswhite9269 that’s an idiotic statement when we literally flipped an sec commited linebacker. Popo Aguirre was down to GA vs Miami. They look small because they are all freshman or sophomores. They’re 19 years old the exception is we Bissainthe and Keko. Keko didn’t play and you need your eyes checked if Wes looks small.
