These are prices like in Austin, TX where the minimum wage is significantly higher than BKK. You're a fool if you pay that much for a condo in BKK.

Bangkok properties prices for sale and rental, plus food etc is inflated very rapidly and cost as much as SG now. I can't retire in BKK.
