True, there are resale units on the market for around that price, probably from owners who bought at project launch prices, may have been lived in for a few years but could potentially still be a better deal. The units in this video are brand new, never lived in and come with the fancy furniture package, which partly helps to explain the higher price points.

It’s a debated question, usually facilities 5-10 years later get very run down

Reselling studios and 1 bedroom units in central Bangkok is difficult, not uncommon for units to be on the market for years. They do sell eventually but only after dropping the price down to make in interesting to investors with a rental yield in mind...and wiping out any capital gain for the seller.

Hi, sorry monthly rentals are not possible. For monthly I see some people reaching out to owners directly on Facebook Bangkok Real Estate Groups that you can join, or of course AirBnB. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Hi, I'm quite sure the juristic office will not allow stays of less than 30 days as this would breache regulations of the building. This tends to be the case with all condominium buildings,, they don't have a hotel license that allow daily rentals etc.
