This is common across the board from State to State in the US, Afro American Veterans and in practically Afro American Women don't get the ratings that they file for due inequality from the contracted Doctors and institutions that do the screening for Regional VA.

C&P examiners, a few not all, do act SHIFTY.
I've had 1 pending 2 out of 7 examiners (VES or the other contractor) identify my core service connected injury and render a accurate analysis to the VA.

Part of the problem could be who was the person or organization that was helping with all the previous claims? Maybe it just took someone who knew what they were doing to submit a strong claim.

Sure that's the case!! The sa.e thing happened with the black farmers, the IRS audits, VA housing loans and many more. This country has always had a problem with race and it always will. Mainly because the people who adjudicate these claims look just like you.
