Hi Vaughn! For your comment about why you need to wait for the puppies to become older before you give them away, I believe it is also for the benefit of the puppy. The have to learn "how" to be a dog from their mother. The mother teaches them a few basic rules and boundaries that a dog is expected to know and understand in the "dog world". Dogs are less likely to become aggressive, not understand boundaries for other dogs, and learn to understand their role or position in a pack the longer they're able to stay with their mother (and father if possible) the earlier you take a puppy away from it's mother and brothers and sisters disrupts the natural learning and development.

Welcome back! #selfcarenobubblebath / Joined a HIIT gym and go 3x per week. Gave up caffeine. Drink 101 ozs. of water per day. Say NO alot more. Started the same supplement care with probiotics, D3, ACV gummies, and nap when my body says rest. Thanks for sharing!

Green is so darn beautiful! All of them are. Sansa would benefit to keep eating puppy food until she is back to her normal self. It has extra nutrients. Puppies are kept until 8 weeks to learn how to do things from their mommy. Smaller breeds have to stay a little longer than 8 weeks.

I'm not totally off coffee but I have significantly scaled back on caffeine and have noticed positive effects. I've also added a women's multivitamin to my routine. One major effect I've noticed is reduced PMS symptoms. Hope it continues.

Hey girl hey!!! I love that hashtag, self care is so much more than a spa day (nothing wrong with those). My first mammogram was my most recent form of self care. My upcoming spa day is a bit of a personal treat. Glad you feel re-charged!! And tea in the morning is the best! I do green tea with matcha honey and lemon every morning. I get a good boost without too much caffeine.

The two plaits have been my in home work style since March 2020 except I don’t put them in ponytails. I plan to straighten in in March this year to get my ends cut. I absolutely agree with the importance of self care holistically and loveeeee all the new items you’ve purchased.

I've been taking vitamin D3 for some time. As a matter of fact MOST Black folks are deficient in Vitamin D because we don't get a lot of sun. This particular vitamin is necessary during this time of Covid. Elderberry is excellent to boost the immune system.
