Portland, Oregon | RV Homeless Encampment | 33rd And Marine Dr. | 4k Drive Tour

Doing a driving video of Portland's RV encampment off of Marine Dr. I usually just do long tours of all area's or Portland and Oregon. But this section went a little viral recently because of the homeless encampment. So figured i'd do a short video of it. I'll post a long drive of Marine Dr and Delta Park later.

I drove down 33rd drive the other day to get down to Marine drive, I was absolutely speechless and horrified at the same time. I know you took this 2 months ago, or at least uploaded It 2 months ago, but as of last week, literally every single space that you could put a car or RV is taken up by one now or mounds and mounds of trash. It is twice as bad in all reality if you go down that street right now. The city throws out Porta potties, that's it. We have absolutely no solution, yet Oregon legalizes drugs, homelessness is legal which I don't think it should be illegal but what you're seeing on this video I don't believe should be okay at all. Not a bit. The bypass the opiate epidemic that is skyrocketing, leading to a lot of this, yet they spend $13 billion on a bridge made for bicycles, not cars... But bicycles. Next to two perfectly good bridges that bicycles could go over and we could spend 13 billion dollars to help people. But do you think our city government is worth a s-_____? Nope. you guys nothing changes unless it changes. If you keep the city government in office, this will continue to happen and it will get worse. We need new faces, this is absolutely absurd. I'm a democrat, but I am absolutely not cool with the way our city is handling absolutely any of this. Kate Brown sure talks the good talk, around election time but she vanishes the rest of the time. And her promise of helping the homeless, is this her solution? We should make her walk down the street. But we know she never will, she's too comfortable inside her home, I don't see how these people can sleep at night. I was born and raised here, 45 years. I have never seen absolutely anything like this and to see Portland Oregon absolutely destroyed makes me extremely sad

I rode my bike down there late September after they cleaned up one side and got all those junkies and stolen cars to the other side of the road, and let me tell you, there were dead rats everywhere? It was a minefield of dead rats and horrid fermented putrid smelling sewage. What a disgrace this city is
