    I bundled this up with the 10 & 12 min series along with Scott’s Bounce Fit Power Weight Mashup. I was pretty wiped out when it was all said and done. Great workout ❤❤❤. Thank you

    I've been too bored in other trampoline workouts, to make it past five minutes. This was perfect for me in every way--dumbbell work, compound movements, next exercise preview, countdown. I particularly liked the inclusion of calves/ balance with bicep curls and side leg raises. Thank you so much for your hard work and generosity!

    Sure would like to see more 15 min trampoline intermediate beginner trampoline workouts without weights. Just good simple chorography.

    This was great Claire!! Omg...loved all the cardio and strength moves and the format is perfect!!! The hip flexor to hamstring stretch in the end never felt so good!!!! Looking forward to the next workout on the series!! Yay!!! 🙌🙌💯!!!😊
