Andriy Vasylenko in order to be able to use 4 fingers I suggest you do what I do. Try playing with middle-ring, as if it is point-middle, in order to strengthen your ring in terms of power, speed and endurance. A point-ring finger pattern is also very good. When you get really good at three fingers, try the same with ring-pinky. Hope this helps
Fun fact about this song: It can be played with one string and, what, seven frets - two string and five frets if you want the tone to be just right. If we're talking about number of frets, I'm more impressed by Victor Wooten playing his solos on a four string bass with a broken g string.

The challenging part is playing it with a pick. It's a rythmic exercise.
Depending on your style. I for one find playing with a pick harder unless it's straight up double picking without crazy rhythms (e.g. this song).
