UPDATE: The Rainbow Luffy may not be legal. I only looked through the Sealed Rules pdf and it didn't mention anything about the card, but on the card itself, it says it can only be used in designated events, which this event is not. But your Tournament Organizer could still allow you to use it if they are lax on the rules.
i’m surprised no mention of Sanji leader, vanillas dominate sealed and being able to be a little more aggro means your opponent is-in a way-constantly a body behind/has to answer board without developing their own
For my pre release, I'm bringing Sanji and Bonney. If I get enough characters without on plays I will use Sanji, if not I will hope to use Shanks, and if not, then Bonney
This video helped me a lot during op08 I took both of the pre releases near me with vivi hoping to try the new sanji if I don’t get any good on play effects
In our lgs we dont play any old leaders (we played JUST those who were in set) but Rn we play only rainbow luffy And Its much better becose u dont Have any dead Cards from packs

I was thinking using PRB Sanji, im jjust not sure how I damage vanilla's are there in the set
Doesn't need to be vanilla, just not 'on play.' So that may help.
