Watch me cap out the open with a bang here at CrossFit Invictus Seattle against one of the best in the sport, ladies and gentlemen I present to you Kevin Koester.
Kevin is a studly athlete, business man and master of his own fate and it was beyond fun throwing down with him.
This workout was quite deceiving and definitely gave me some things to work on and attack for the up and coming stages. Happy with the performance but definitely hungry for more.
