I have to comment once more Tara. You have setting here in tears as your telling of your dad's health issues and being his advocate for what "he" wants no matter what anyone else wants, brings back the memories of my husbands ordeal with his heart. He had a quadruple bypass in '09. He would not listen and go to the doctor when I knew he needed to. He called my son while I was sleeping to have him take him to the Urgent Care and they took him directly to the hospital. By the time I got there he had already told them he wanted DNR and had his bracelet on. If it were not for my son being the strong one and his advocate, I do not think I could have made it. Our son was not only his dad's rock, but mine as well...especially when hospice came in to talk to us. I know Jason is your rock right now. Hang onto that and hang on to God. He will not give you more than you can bear. My husband has been gone now for 3 years this coming February 19th. He was the best husband ever and our memories and God keeps me going until we can be together again.

Hi Jason and Tara I'm glad you're back I missed you you're always so cheerful that cheers me up thank you. I'm glad your father didn't get sick but I want to tell you about that as you get older that's one good thing about getting older there's not many good things about it but you dodged the bullet my daughter had covid I didn't I got my covid shots didn't get sick she got sick when I was around your ages I was sick all the time but it seems like the older you get you dodge the germ. I know you miss "home" on your ridge, but also know that you wouldn't be any other place than you are right now. I want you to know your dad and the both of you are in my continued prayers.
