Thanks for this video. I have the 1.9 TDI MK2, I'd been putting off changing the glow plugs for years, but turned out to be a breeze. I sprayed WD40 on the plg bases over a week, plus got the engine up tp operating temperature before removing. From what I've read online the loosening torque is recommended at max 20NM, tighten new plugs to 12NM. Hopefully that pesky engine management light will stay off now!
Hi. I replied mine but whe inserted the second on. It screwed in perfectly but i tighted to hard. Could this still affect startup. Because the bold thread is loose but everyting else is solid

Request you to how to test maf sensor in my 1.6tdi. when I check the sensor it shows 15 ohms resistance and when I backprobe it the voltage decrease from 0.9v to 0.6 v of I rev the engine 😂 I dunno if .doing something wrong an how to test maf. And also n75 valve checking. Please help me out a long time subscriber!
