I just chuckled as I looked at my mutilated PS3 eye that is now a headtracker
I bought a couple from cex recently for use in a tracking project as well. They were really cheap, but still decent quality

@@AuroDHikoshi yeah in a recent live he mentioned he was black listed by a ton of companies including sony but they all removed the black listings and now dan is getting all of this free stuff

This looks like it was made with so much love like when dan hit the resident evil characters and they all had special and specific animations instead of one lame knock back animation

PSP UMD “makes a strong case”? Bollocks! I sat on my GTA Liberty City Stories UMD once, and it never worked again!
Pretty much all of mine broke in some way or another... I had to literally out them back together and quickly stick them in the drive to get them to work. Made a hell of a clicking noise whenever I played them. But they all worked and still do work

The immensely tearing decision of "Do I watch Dan be funny and have a great time" or "Do I avoid spoiling the surprises of this game since I'm getting it in a few days"

This is the highest effort tech demo game I've ever set eyes on.
They've figured out that sending GOOD things to the vid makers and producers that are actually good will actually serve them well. They'll still avoid sending stuff they know is bad, but they know they'll get more bang for the metaphorical buck by sendnig it to vid makers people know are discerning and honest.
I clicked on this video simply because I have not watched a single video of yours in 4-5 years, and yet your voice gave nastolgia chills, oh god.
The completed series is almost definitely gonna be Miles Morales, although I'd love to see Sackboy
The PlayStation throwbacks hidden throughout isnjust amazing. Bit disappointed they didn't do the uncharted game disk the same. They had him hangimg off a waterfall, but that is clearly based on uncharted 2 which is a train over a cliff.

Dan mentioning that PS3 playable tech demo thinger reminded me of that PS3 exclusive game where you had to basically compact trash and try to fit it all into the given space, I always forget the name of it, but Dan played it on this channel at one point! I really enjoyed that game, and I'm really sad that no one has made anything like it since, because I frequently get the urge to play that game, but I no longer have immediate access to a PS3 (I'd have to go to my Brother's house and then find it, and then hook it up).

@@bigb333 not at all, haptics is vibrating motors, the tightening controller triggers is force feedback, and has nothing to do with vibrating haptics motors.

Everything shown off here is super cool and impressive looking honestly, but also isn't that ice skating animation literally the one from Super Mario Galaxy? weird nit pick I know, but it just kinda stood out, the water looks fucking fantastic though, can't wait for Ubisoft to re-remake Black Flag with even prettier water (That sounds like sarcasm but I'd buy it in an instant)

The fact Dan hasn't played Astro Bot VR is a travesty. The best VR game out there.
Alyx beats it by a fair bit. but Astro bot is one of the top 10.
Its also exclusive to psvr and from what i recall, dan detests the psvr

The XMB was great until the dinguses near the end of its life shoehorned changes that bloated the hell out of it.
Super fast SSD = good. Not enough storage =bad and constant re-downloading of games. That's why I'd go disc based ps5 if I had the money.

Personally i'd want a Miles Morales Completes series since i watched Dan do a Completes of the normal Spider-Man's campaign. Or did i watch TeamFourStar's one and skipped Dan's one? o_O?
Whichever it was; i'd still like to see either complete the MM story.

And I never even got to manage to afford a PS4, and here's Dan, showing off a PS5 and seriously making me crave one. Not to mention this in-built game looks like an adorable little platformer, and I am all about throwbacks to VG history in games like that.
Maybe one day I'll be able to get back into console gaming and get to play all those games I've missed.
The tech demo has a lot of personality but I genuinely cannot see the difference between "next gen" ps5 graphics and PS4 graphics
