My left butt hurts. Im in so much pain while walking or sitting, trying to get up from bed etc. 29 weeks now. Want to ask abt the piriformis stretch. Do I have to fold my right leg and bend toward the right? ( my pain is in the left butt only)
In most cases it goes away after the baby is born. I would suggest consulting with a skilled manual therapist (physio, chiro, osteo) to figure out if there is a root cause that can be addressed to fix it.
Why does mine only happen at night? Like I have to keep rotating left to right because my legs are hurting. In my first trimester it started off with my buttocks now it’s my legs when I sleep. Any tips? And will a memory foam pillow help relieve it?
Yes try having a thick pillow between your legs so they are parallel (most pillows are too thin you may need to put two in the pillow case or use a pregnancy pillow)
Have you watched my video about SPD pain management? Here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/3IbD8fVFn-g/v-deo.htmlsi=4PaBGquhHeauwZ5k Otherwise I would highly advise to seek the opinion of a skilled pelvic health PT to sort this out and make a customized plan for you :)
This is a question your healthcare provider should answer. All the exercises shown in my videos are assuming there is no medical condition, so if you do have a condition you need to check with your doctor first and see what you’re allowed or not allowed to do. Sorry I wish I had a better answer!

If your pain is on the left side, you will want to stretch the left, so folding the left leg and bending toward the left.
Thank you so much 🤗. Will it ever disappear? I'm sincerely worried.
Secondly is there anything to do to avoid having sciatica?
