Very nice for the year. Garaged, it looks. Not abused. Classic quality ride. The driveability probably still allows that nice "float" like cars used to give. A lot safer vehicle to be behind the wheel of. Sweet!
I don't understand how these cars are not more popular. Easy to maintain, very comfortable and plenty of power.
I had a Mustang with the 4.6 two valve motor. It was very reliable.
Nice find. Sweet ride!
You can’t find a better more reliable car with similar miles better than this … do the conversion kit rear suspension … and go go go … I have a 1999 Lincoln town car , best money I’ve ever spent …
6K for this peach is an intriguing price. If this thing drives as solid as it looks someone will be happy with it. These panther cars are tanks.
Reliability and comfort! What's weird is I can show this car next to an almost 300k mile Honda Civic and sell the Civic 8 times out of 10. People associate this Mercury with the elderly. Blows me away.
How much for this 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis??
Also that car does not have heated mirrors.
6k wayyy too much lol. 2500 at the most!!
Sold this afternoon for asking price. So show me a one owner clean car with 91k miles on Marketplace? I'll wait.
Yeah 6K is too much! its not a performance or collectable car that a person could resell and get their money back because there are only a limited amount of people that this car would appeal to that would be willing to pay that kind of money for a 22 years old 4 door family car, and the more miles put on will further diminish its value , unlike a similar age 22 year old Camaro, Mustang, Jeep Wrangler, Toyota 4 runner, or a lot GM or Ford Trucks that age and mileage isn't such a factor because there is a huge demand for those vehicles in nice shape by people that collect or restore them , I can't remember anyone buying a Mercury Marquis of that vintage and spending several thousands of dollars to restore it, but they do for the other vehicles I mentioned, That Mercury is at best a nice driver that is worth about 4000,
@bluemouse5039 it's worth what someone will pay for it. Car was mint, one owner and I sold it for 6k in just a couple of days. So it was worth 6k
@@autosalesunlimited9122 That's true ,but just saying the number of people out there willing to pay that much for a car like that is a lot less than there are for a Muscle car , 4x4 truck or Jeep .
I love these cars but the problem is when gas prices begin to spike, it costs too much to drive it
We had a2005 ❤ it😊
They got less than 3 grand in it themselves
4.6?
Yes, a 4.6L Ford V8
Not worth six maybe 3
Thanks for the armchair opinion
90,000 miles low mileage 😂😂😂😂😂
The car is 22 years old. Take 90k and divide by the age of the car... you get just over 4k miles... that's the average miles per year. The average person in the US puts on between 10k and 14k a year on their vehicle. So 90k is low miles, you moron.
