Thank you so much for taking us around Universal Studios - I love how you covered the main highlights and kept a space for us to experience it. It's very helpful.
I love your video!!! So much info! We just went to Tokyo Disney in July. We want to go next year to USJ in October just because of the weather and the season.
you can enter super nintendo world without timed entry ticket if you queue up early before the park open (around 8.30am), once it hits 9am or 9.30 am then timed entry ticket is required if im not mistaken
After visiting both Nintendo Worlds in Japan and Hollywood, I feel that both parks are better in their own ways. In Japan, there is a lot more different activities to do, with more variety of different foods that are way better than Hollywood's Toadstool Cafe (Except for the Burgers, Hollywood does them better), they also have their own unique headbands which japan's headbands are better, while hollywood's shirts and hats are better. And rides like Mario Kart, compared to Hollywood, takes less time to line up for than in Hollywood. If you are lucky, you can get in to Japan's Nintendo World as early as 7:30am in the morning. However, unlike Hollywood, there are some days where you MUST book a Timed Entry Ticket (Virtual Line) in order to get to the park, and sometimes you must go to a specialized kiosk to book them. Meeting mascots (except Toad) is much stricter, due to the fact that unlike Hollywood, you are not allowed to have your phone to take pictures with mascots, you must stand in a specific position when you meet mascots, you must pose how the mascot poses for pictures, and you must pay 6000 yen for pictures. While in Hollywood, it's just you interacting with the mascot, the staff are allowed to use your phone for picture taking, and you are allowed to greet the mascots with how you like to greet them (plushies). When I met Peach in Japan, the line takes longer compared to Hollywood (30 minutes in Japan). And she would just interact with the staff member every time and only interact with me based on what the staff tells her to do for the first 30 seconds of the meet and greet to fill in that time. When I even tried to greet her with my plushies, she just ignores them. When I met Peach in Hollywood the line is way shorter (2-15 minutes), and she is even willing to get to know more of my different plushies, and with Toadette being her favourite, she would always be happy to hold her and hug her for the picture-taking. The meet and greet is straight to the point and no nonsense.
Thanks so much for this video! Has anyone had any experience with picking up the timed entry ticket via that klook voucher shown at the beginning? I got this option, but couldnt really tell where the "annual pass center" is you have to pick it up at apparently?

Heya Eileen! Love the video and thanks so much for the tips! You're partially one of the reasons why I'm so excited for my upcoming trip. I was wondering if I was carrying a backpack with me which is big enough for a gimbal and a mirrorless camera, would I be able to take the rides? Would they have lockers big enough to fit a backpack in each ride or should I just forget about making a cinematic vlog there?
Hey Shaun, thank you so much! Rides that do not allow purses or backpacks on (The Flying Dinosaur, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey) will have their own separate locker to use for free (while you on on the ride). These lockers are not huge, but will fit a normal size backpack :)
Thank you so much! If you go on the website select each ride, it will tell you if there is a height requirement. There are plenty of kid friendly attractions there so lots to do for your 2 year old

Hi again eileen.. I'm still a little bit confuse about the ticket.is the universal studio ticket doesnt include the supernintendo world?so we have to buy it separately? Or the universal studio ticket is already include the supernintendo world?
Hi there - depending on how busy the park is, you can purchased a timed entry ticket to enter Super Nintendo World at a certain time. When it’s not busy or peak season, my experience is that you won’t need to get a timed entry ticket Other areas do not need a timed entry or separate ticket
I tried searching a lot but I did not find a combo of studio pass+ Nintendo world entry....only separate express tickets😢...is the option not there anymore
Hello, It may sound stupid but, With a studio pass (park entry ticket) I can get on any ride without additional expenses, I just gonna have to queue for the rides. Am I right?
Greetings 🖖, that is correct. With a regular Studio Pass (normal ticket) you can ride any ride without extra fees. If you don’t want to wait in the regular line, you can buy an Express Pass (on top of the Studio Pass) which will allow to ride SELECTED rides (popular ones) using the Express Pass line, which will be a lot shorter than a normal line. According to the USJ website, there may be times when you won’t need a timed entry pass to get in. Since you’re going in February, it MAY not be peak season and you can enter without. We went in April and also didn’t need it, even though we did pay for it, but you won’t know until you get to the park!
Hi there - if you going on the official USJ website, you can see the list of rides you can pick from. They’re a mix of kid friendly options (rides in Super Nintendo world) and thrill options.
Hi, just wondering because I’m going to be traveling there soon, did you get the the time entry ticket from klook or the app for universal japan? Because I don’t see that choice on the app for klook
Hi there! Yes, I bought both my ticket + timed entry ticket on Klook. I am on the website not and see that the timed entry ticket is no longer available 🤔. On both Klook and the official USJ website, it’s now suggesting to download the USJ app ahead of time “to acquire area timed tickets.” My guess is that it’s now peak season, so things have have changed.
1 day is enough for us, not that I wouldn’t take a 2nd day there 😉. We also went on a day that was crazy busy so we got to see everything and ride most of the rides too. It also depends on when you go, how busy it will be, and how much you can experience that first day
once you got your email from Klook, did you have to exchange the ticket in Osaka? Or was there a QR code in the email that lets you in directly to the park?
For the ticket, it’s super easy, you just need the QR code from the email scanned. If you have a timed entrance ticket, that one will need to be exchanged one you get inside the park
Did you purchase it as an add on when you bought the ticket? Sometimes the Universal Express Plus costs more than the ticket alone so I can’t tell if the $193 includes the ticket.
do you know if there’s vegetarian options there? i’m planning on going but i’m concerned about that. also if there’s any like snacks or simple stuff with cheese i’ll also accept, it doesn’t have to be a meal, i just want to eat something to give me energy haha

From my experience, I didn’t need the express pass. Initially we wanted to buy the express pass and decided against it when we saw the price 😅. But again, I went on a rainy weekday in April. If no timed entrance ticket is required, I ASSUME, that’s an indicator that the park won’t be SUPER busy, and most likely wont need the express pass.
Sure - an Area Timed Entry Tickek t gives you a certain time slot to enter Super Nintendo World. This depends on crowd conditions during the time you are visiting. I purchased this option for an additional cost ($18 USD I think) and was giving the time slot of 1pm. However, on the day of ur visit, times entry wasn’t necessary so we were able to go in/out of Super Nintendo World whenever we wanted. Here’s the link to explain further: www.usj.co.jp/web/en/us/enjoy/numbered-ticket/timed-entry-ticket
I’m looking at my timed entry ticket which was for 1pm and it doesn’t say that I have to enter from 1-2pm (for example) so maybe you can enter anytime AFTER your time slot.
@@eileensworld Thank you for sharing! I don’t remember if you mentioned in your video, but does Super Nintendo World allow re-entry? Or are you not able to go back and forth from the parks?

All good - I didn’t take your comment with bad vibes. I love my beanie and my time in Chile 😁
There is no way a human can eat so much food in a day!
Who said I’m human 🤔
Arre magarmach ki aulaad bhains ho jayegi 😅😅 Kitta khaayegi
Would you recommend the express pass even if someone was to get in early when there's no time entrance ticket required?
From my experience, I didn’t need the express pass. Initially we wanted to buy the express pass and decided against it when we saw the price 😅. But again, I went on a rainy weekday in April. If no timed entrance ticket is required, I ASSUME, that’s an indicator that the park won’t be SUPER busy, and most likely wont need the express pass.
May you explain the time entry a little more for me? I don’t fully understand 🥹
@@eileensworld I guess I’m asking to, if you absolutely NEED to be there on the time slot you purchased or they won’t let you in lol 🥹
According to the USJ website “On high attendance days, you cannot re-enter the area with this ticket”
