I have printed out this list twice and pasted one on both of my monitors. This should allow me to exponentially improve my soldier gameplay, many thanks uncle frisbee
4 is hugeeee. started playing soldier wayyyyy more after I watched and followed your ctap tutorial. Just made it feel way more intuitive and less of a hassle. +The dedicated rapid mobility is so fun when compared to my usual class (sniper)
Thanks alot Frisbee! i always felt like there was a few things missing in my soldier gameplay that i need to improve and that video helped me figure out what they are thank you man :)
You've inspired my Solider gameplay, including a recent long, lateral, arc bomb through Sunshine mid (completely held by the enemy), popped up by a level 1, onto height, and into a medic pick. Hope to catch you online (frequent Uncletopia player) at some point and express my appreciation for helping show such things are possible.
if you find a player who is consistently better than you, what should you do? should you focus on fleeing if you encounter them, or fall back and wait for your team? I've been in situations where I can effectively shut down a spawn but I run into issues where there will always be one player who can easily deal with me.
@@haloboi3803 I would suggest falling back if you need to, get you other teammates involved and look for the opportunities to take out that better player when they are focusing your teammates of they’re in a compromised spot. And start hitting the mge gym
Which launcher do you recommend? The original or Stock? I’ve heard some pros say original is better because the rockets come from the center and is thus more consistent than stock but what are your thoughts on this?
@@wongyikai2126 it’s just preference. I like the original because it shoots from the center and that makes sense to me. My suggestion would be to pick one and stick with it
@ thanks for the reply. I generally jump and do better with the Original but it feels weird and awkward to initiate the jump due to the center firing rockets as compared to stock. I guess I’ll stick with the original then
Great tips, I do feel like saying CTAP is easy because script is like saying hitting every bhop is easy because you can use a script. Nothing wrong with using a script but learning how to do a CTAP unassisted is hard.
@@FrisbeeTF2 Fair, I'm just still in the process of getting the hang of doing them manually and I be struggling. Thanks for the videos! Been a big help

@ yes! Think of the loadout as your tools for accomplishing your tasks. If you’re looking to stay mobile, make space, and go behind, gunboats are invaluable. If you’re looking to take out 10 mini sentries, the direct hit is better suited. If you’re looking to blackcap, take the pain train. Overall 95% of the time I run the same loadout (original, gunboats, escape plan) because that’s what I feel most powerful on
